This page explains, in plain words, what CTRL ZONE PC CLUB does with the details you give us when you book a seat under the living ceiling.
66.5° What we collect
When you fill in the booking form we ask for a name, an email address, a date, a spot and a time block. That is the whole list. We collect it so we can hold your station, set your sky mode and reach you if the plan needs to change. We do not ask for payment details through this website — you settle your time at the counter when you arrive.
66.5° How we use it
Your booking details are used to reserve your seat and to answer you if there is a question about your visit. We do not sell them, we do not rent them, and we do not hand them to advertisers. We do not build a profile of your play, and we do not track you across other sites — this page carries no analytics pixels or third-party trackers.
66.5° Where it lives
Bookings are written to a simple, access-controlled log on the server that runs this site. Only staff who manage the floor can read it. We keep a booking long enough to host your visit and to sort out anything that follows from it, then we clear it out. We do not keep old bookings indefinitely for their own sake.
66.5° Cookies and light
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may remember whether you prefer reduced motion, and it uses that to keep the aurora animation still — that choice stays on your device and is never sent to us. The sky-mode switch on the home page changes only what you see; it saves nothing.
66.5° Your say
You can ask us what booking details we hold for you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them — reach out through the counter or the address you booked with and we will sort it. If you would rather not leave any details online at all, walk-in seats in the North rows and at the Duo desks are always welcome.
Your rights under data-protection law
This club operates in Poland, so the personal details you share are handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych). You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, to correct or erase them, to restrict or object to their use, and to receive them in a portable form. We process your booking data to take steps at your request and to run the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
